Tools in The Legend of California are categorized into four distinct tiers: Crude , Traveler's , Reinforced , Master .
These Tools are used to gather resources and materials needed to craft other Items that the player will need in order to progress.
Tools have inherent durability and repairability which dictates if the piece is still usable, needs to be fixed, or no longer can be fixed.
Mining
- Tier 1: Crude Pickaxe
- Tier 2: Traveler's Pickaxe
- Tier 3: Reinforced Pickaxe
- Tier 4: Master Pickaxe
- Other: Miner's Hat
Lumberjacking
- Tier 1: Crude Axe

Skinning
